You can use the link above to complete the license form online, or use the download link below to fill it out and return it for licensing. The form may be returned by email or sent completed by USPS, UPS or FedEx or other carrier. The STC license and documents will not be provided until this form is received completed. It will be countersigned and returned to you along with your STC materials. Please ensure that you are completing the form for each STC you are wishing to license. The STCs are issued to a single airframe's serial number and current registration. The STC cannot be transferred or re-sold. Once licensed, there are no refunds for any STC purchase. The materials provided are licensed exclusively for the use on the aircraft listed in the licenses agreement, and all rights to the intellectual property are retained by Quantum Swiss, LLC.
